The feelings she has for me,
So sublime,so passionate,so pure,it sets me free,
From my bonds,my chains and shackles of anxiety,
Uplifts me into someone high and mighty.
The self-doubts in my mind,lingering and painful,
Were erased by her faith in me,all consummate and powerful,
That I wonder how someone's belief in me can exceed mine,
Creating a warmth in me only possible by red,red,wine.
Sacrifices,the obstacles she faced,the pain she went through,
To help me attain my goal,ultimate and true,
Can never be repaid by the highest offering,
Remains a glass that can't be filled by waters overflowing.
Her devotion in the Powers That Be Above unparalleled,
Her belief in the miracles He can actualise unsurpassed,
Make me teeter at the edge of wonder,
"What's in it for me?" does she ever ponder???
